PROFARM PHARMAKAPOTHIKI S.A. acts as the Data Controller for the personal data you provide through the completion of the “Job Application/Declaration of Consent” and the submission of your CV, as well as through any other communication that may be required to evaluate your qualifications for the purpose of filling a job position at PROFARM PHARMAKAPOTHIKI S.A.
Your personal data is collected and processed by PROFARM PHARMAKAPOTHIKI S.A. exclusively for the purpose of evaluating your qualifications and competencies for the position for which you have applied, or for another position within the company for which you are deemed qualified, as well as to communicate with you to provide any other necessary information or to arrange an interview session.
PROFARM PHARMAKAPOTHIKI S.A. safeguards the personal nature of the aforementioned data and does not transfer it to any third party for any reason, except where required by law and only to the competent authorities.
If you are not offered a position, your personal data will be deleted by PROFARM PHARMAKAPOTHIKI S.A. six (6) months after the completion of the recruitment process (announcement of selected candidates), in case you submitted your CV for a specific job position, or six (6) months after the submission of your CV if it was not submitted for a specific position.
