PROFARM S.A. and DYNAMIKI Pharmaceutical Warehouse S.A. announce their strategic partnership, with a shared vision of creating the strongest and largest pharmaceutical wholesale group in Greece.
This announcement follows the signing of a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of a majority stake in DYNAMIKI Pharmaceutical Warehouse by PROFARM.
DYNAMIKI Pharmaceutical Warehouse will retain its commercial identity, administrative structure and autonomy, as well as its entire workforce.
The estimated turnover of the PROFARM Group, with the integration of DYNAMIKI in 2026 (including the companies ELPHARM, PHARMAGROUP ACHAIA, PHARMAGROUP MESSINIA, PHARMAGROUP ARGOLIDA, PHARMANET, INTEGRIS S.A., PERSE PHARMACEUTICALS & MEDWORLD) is expected to reach €550 million, with estimated EBITDA exceeding €22 million.
The new business entity will employ more than 520 people, while the network of partner pharmacies will exceed 2,500 locations across the entire Greek territory.
Note: The completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Hellenic Competition Commission.
